What's new with the GDGA?

The first game of the season was played. It was very cold and very wet. But fun.

February 22, 2002
The first complete game of the U of G South East course was played. Good times.

February 22, 2002
Hyzersoze was named the offical Goodwill Ambassador for the Guelph Disc Golf Association.

March 3, 2002
It was officially decided today that the 18th hole on the U of G South East course would have its shot maximum increased from 7 to 9.

March 17, 2002
Andrew Jay was officially named the Senior Course Management Engineer for the GDGA.

Ryan Cheesman was officially named the Executive Advisor for the GDGA.

March 12, 2002
The Speed River was official introduced as one of the courses under the Guelph Disc Golf Association. It could be the best one yet.

March 16, 2001
The trip to Centennial Park was a great time. 27 holes of bliss with real baskets made for a full day. Everyone played excellently.

April 6, 2002
The U of G / Speed River Tournament was held. Competition was fierce but dominated by Nick Earle and Andrew Kinoshita. Check out the GDGA Stats page for more details.

The Exhibition Park course was added to the GDGA. Courtesy of Brian and friends, this is a tight and challenging 18 hole course with a mix of targets. Be sure to check it out.

April 15th, 2002
The first GDGA disc golf t-shirts are now available. Check out the merchandise page for a glimpse of the design. Super.
